Eco Fashion Week

In the meantime, check out EcoFW 2026 (April 18 - April 25, 2026)

SUSTAINABLE ECO-CHIC
RUNWAY | EDUCATION | POP UP SHOPS

Eco Fashion Week is an annual event produced by FABRIC during Earth Week. It is a week-long event created to educate the public on sustainable fashion and to celebrate, recognize, and support sustainable fashion brands. Every year, EcoFW includes sustainable fashion shows, pop-up shops, educational panel discussions, and more.

We've partnered with Ecostance to help make this event carbon-neutral, or even carbon-positive. Attending an event creates a small carbon footprint through travel and energy use. Attendees and participating businesses can easily calculate and offset the emissions associated with attending or participating in EcoFW. Together, we can make Eco Fashion Week a model for more responsible events.

ATTENDEES: To participate, click the button to quickly calculate your carbon footprint and purchase approximately one carbon offset unit (about $6) to neutralize it.

FASHION BUSINESSES: 10 Brands will be chosen to receive a personalized Carbon Disclosure portal, social media sharing tools, and a Certificate of Authenticity for your carbon offset purchase to use in your sustainability communications at no charge. Contact us for details.

  • 7:00PM- Fashion Show and Award Ceremony
  • LOCATION: Tempe Marketplace Main Stage

  • Each year, FABRIC's reFABRICate Fashion Show features upcycled designs that have been repurposed and recreated by community members from various garments and cutting floor scraps.
  • This year, and the past few years, the reFABRICate show has focused primarily on one of the industry's most unsustainable items....DENIM. The jeans are redesigned/upcycled by FABRIC members (established and emerging designers & brands) as well as fashion teachers & students and sewing enthusiasts and are featured on the stage at Tempe Marketplace.

FABRIC: 10 YEARS

FABRIC's 10th Anniversary Celebration: A Fashionable Bedtime Story

TIME: 7pm - 9pm
LOCATION: Hacket House Tempe

Join us as we celebrate a decade of FABRIC with a one-of-a-kind anniversary event! This isn’t your typical gala, it’s a playful, fashion-forward bedtime story brought to life.

Over the past 10 years, FABRIC has grown into an ecosystem for fashion entrepreneurs, creatives, and community dreamers. To honor the people and milestones that made it possible, Co-Founder Angela Johnson will share The Story of FABRIC...a giant storybook filled with photos, memories, and history. Just like a child’s bedtime story, Angela will flip through the book and read it aloud while the pages are projected onto a big screen for everyone to see. If you’ve been part of FABRIC’s journey, you may even find yourself in the story!

To set the scene, we’re inviting guests to embrace the bedtime theme by wearing their most stylish pajamas and bringing a pillow to sit on. The night will also feature a loungewear fashion show by See You, Doll, an up-and-coming, sustainable new apparel and accessories brand, because, of course, this is still a fashion event at heart.

As a special keepsake, attendees who buy a VIP ticket or make a tax-deductible donation of $200 will receive their own copy of The Story of FABRIC book.

Come celebrate 10 years of innovation, creativity, and community in a way only FABRIC could imagine...a fashionable bedtime story for the ages.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT!
Congressman Greg Stanton
will be awarding FABRIC a Congressional Commendation at the event and telling a story.
Tempe Mayor Corey Woods will be telling a story and Vice Mayor Doreen Garlid and Councilmembers Berdetta Hodge and Randy Keating will also be in attendance.

WHO MADE MY CLOTHES?

EcoFW was inspired by the efforts of Fashion Revolution and every year we encourage our community to join the revolution and ask #WhoMadeMyClothes.

Fashion Revolution was founded in the wake of the Rana Plaza disaster in 2013. Since then, they have grown to become the world’s largest fashion activism movement, mobilizing citizens, brands and policymakers through research, education, and advocacy.
